Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals

(The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954)

Advice on initiating a Rent Review via a “trigger Notice” or responding to one received. The service includes representations to a third party (Arbitrator or Expert) for dispute resolution in cases where agreement cannot be reached by negotiation between the parties.

In the case of Lease Renewals a full service is provided from Notice to representation in court in instances where agreement cannot be reached by negotiation.

Dealing with the appraising and serving of the appropriate Notices required from a Building Owner or advising the Adjoining Owner on Notices received. Publishing Awards in accordance with the provisions of the Act to ensure compliance with current legislation.
