Advice on initiating a Rent Review via a “trigger Notice”
or responding to one received. The service includes representations
to a third party (Arbitrator or Expert) for dispute resolution
in cases where agreement cannot be reached by negotiation
between the parties.
In the case of Lease Renewals a full service is provided
from Notice to representation in court in instances where
agreement cannot be reached by negotiation.
